Lime 50

Woo hoo, half way there. Now the long slow march to lime 100.I did the inking with the eye dropper. Then I splatted watercolor on the paper then dabbed with a sponge. Then, lo and behold, my daughter said I could post her piece.

We went to the bank where she got 50 pennies. She glued them to bristol board in the shape of a lime. Then she panted with acrylics.

I like the pennies and the penmanship. Nice show, young Ms. Carboni. Keep up the good work.

Thanks BB. She has had quite a few good, creative pieces. She just won't let me post them.

So glad to finally see one of your daughter's limes. I love the idea of the pennies. The texture must be so cool IRL. Please thank her for sharing it and tell her we want to see more!!!
