Lime 04

Lime number four and I am already feeling the pressure. I;m trying to teach my daughter and work on my own piece. All in only an hour. I feel rushed with my work. I like to look at it and ponder and think about what I am doing usually taking three or four nights to complete it. On the other hand, it is getting me to work faster and make choices quicker. So that is not bad either.

This is my first watercolor only piece in a while. My daughters piece is her best yet, but she still doesn't want me to post hers. Hee is mine...

Love the background and drips on this one. I just might have to try this challenge!

Thanks Deb. I like doing multiples of one subject because I start to loosen up after a few pieces.

I really like this one Randy! I love the project...and it's so cool that your daughter is doing them too....I hope at some point she feels comfortable enough to show us! :)

Thanks Lauren. I hope so too. I thought the one she did this night came out pretty good. But she keeps looking at what I do and says it is so much better. I tell I have a few years experience on her and she understands, but she is still not comfortable showing her work. One day, one day...

Love your "lime series". Have you tried markers? - waterproof and/or water soluble.
You don't seem to have placed your subject in the one environment he is probably seen the most - a glass!
