Lime 17

I had the idea of the lime opening up and the green pouring out. I did the ink first. Then I added a horizon line. I didn't like the line, but couldn't get rid of it because it was ink. So I added more background. 1/4 sheet arches hot pressed. Ink was done with a brush and rapidograph.

Does this mean you need a new batch of limes for refs? LOL!

Love this one. Really cool!

How's your daughter doing with it?

Thanks Deb. No, one lime needs to make it through the whole project. that is part of the fun of it.

My daughter starts off each session saying she is really bored with this project. Last night she said she wishes she never started it. But she is good, once she commits to something she sees it through. My wife keeps telling me to let out of it. She is only eleven.

Well the lime at 100 days will be very interesting. You'll need to change your palette! LOL!

Good for your daughter seeing it through. A rare trait these days. Your wife sounds like a softy! :)
