Lime 18

My daughter is sweet. She asked if doing this lime project is keeping me from my other art. I said it was. She asked if I would rather be doing other art than the limes. I told her I love this lime project. It is exciting to me to come up with something different every night. It is a very fun, challenging project.

Here is tonight's effort. I tried to go a little more traditional I guess. It's a little boring compared to most of the others. 1/4 sheet arches cold pressed.

Boring? I don't know about that. This looks like an interesting study in dividing the picture plane with shapes. The warm, muted tones make the greens vibrate. Kinda cool!

Thanks Peggy, you know how to lift my spirits about a piece. :-)
